Trainingcamp to Bali with Khan Porter:

We are thrilled to announce that Khan Porter will be joining us as a coach at our fitness camp! Khan Porter is a prominent figure in the CrossFit community, renowned for his exceptional athletic achievements and dynamic coaching style. Khan has competed in the CrossFit Games multiple times, consistently showcasing his elite level of fitness and dedication to the sport. 

Join us in welcoming Khan and get ready for an unforgettable experience at our fitness camp!

Price = €1400 EUR (Flights Not Included)

The payment can be divided in 2, you will first be invoiced the depositum and then the remaining amount closer to the camp date.

Coaches:

Khan Porter

Beyond his competitive prowess, Khan is celebrated for his engaging and motivational coaching approach. He brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, having worked with athletes of all levels to help them achieve their fitness goals. 

With Khan Porter as your coach, you can expect to be inspired, challenged, and guided towards reaching new heights in your fitness journey. 

Matilde Garnes

Matilde is co-owner and organizer/instructor at travelWOD. Matilde is a qualified physiotherapist, personal trainer, nutritionist, CrossFit-Level 1 coach and functional fitness trainer. In addition, she has basic courses in sports physiotherapy and courses in cognitive rehabilitation therapy and medical training therapy.

Matilde is a 2 times individual CrossFit Games athlete and a 1 time team CrossFit Games athlete. She is also a 2 times Functional Fitness World Champion. In addition she has a silver and bronze medal from the individual world championship and a gold medal from the team side.

Matilde loves working with people, both within coaching and physiotherapy - and she has a great desire to help others experience the same joy of exercise and feeling of mastery that she herself has experienced through various forms of exercise.

Her favorite hobby is to teach anyone their first muscle up, so if you are ready for it, she is as well!

Ragnhild Seim 

Ragnhild is a co-owner, organizer, and instructor at TravelWOD. She is a educated fitness professional, holding qualifications as a personal trainer, nutrition advisor, CrossFit Level 2 Coach, and Certified Mental Trainer (AEC L4).  Furthermore, she holds certifications in Athletic Exercise and Strength Coach Level 1 and 2, as well as Burgener Strength Weightlifting Level 1.

Ragnhild has competed in the CrossFit Games three times as part of a team. 

Ragnhild's holistic approach combines her knowledge of nutrition with her experience as an athlete, makes her a coach for anyone looking to improve their fitness and dietary habits. She is passionate about creating a sense of achievement in training and spreading the joy of food and exercise. Her commitment to helping others achieve their goals shines through in her engaging and supportive coaching style.

Accommodation:

  • Participants are accommodated in shared rooms with double or single beds (private room can be arranged at an additional cost). 
  • All bedrooms have a private bathroom.
  • Pick-up and delivery at the airport, day trips and activities can be organized at an additional cost.

Training:

The training takes place at a brand new gym in Canggu, Bynd Fitness.

After training, you can use the training facilities with sauna, infrared sauna, ice bath, magnesium pool, heated pool and swimming pool.

How much you want to train is up to you, but the program is adapted so that each individual can have up to two training sessions a day, excluding the rest day. The sessions can be scaled and adjusted to pass all levels. If there is something you cannot do, we will find alternatives. The camp is suitable for all fitness levels.

A day of rest is planned for the week when it is ideal to go on an excursion to experience Bali.

Excursion / activities:

- Surfing at the Beach with Instructor

Feel the thrill of the waves as you embark on a surfing adventure at the beach. Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced surfer, our professional instructor will guide you through the basics or help you refine your skills. 

- Uluwatu 

Enjoy a day in Uluwatu training at the beautiful Bambu Fitness followed by a day at the beach in one of Uluwatu's beautiful beach clubs.
